Registration fees for the congress include:
- Participation in the congress scientific sessions
- Entrance to the exhibition
- Coffee breaks throughout the congress

Registration cancellation policy: 
Refund of Registration Fees will be made as follows: 
- Up to 19 July, 2025 - Full refund less 10% Cancellation fees
- Between 20 July 2025 and 19 September 2025 - Cancellation charge of 50%
- From 20 September, 2025 - No refund
